Valentine’s Day is usually all about couple dates, romantic activities and candle-lit dinners… WRONG! While this day is indeed centered around celebrating love and romanticism, being single and celebrating it as well on this day is underrated. That’s why we thought about you specially and came up with some things you can do to enjoy it to the fullest:

  1. Have a "You" Day: If your schedule allows it, treat yourself to an entire day dedicated to doing exactly what you love. Start by moving your body—book a class in your favorite activity, whether it's yoga, pilates, or something more functional. Afterward, grab a coffee from your favorite spot and enjoy a delicious breakfast, or if you're in the mood, take a stroll through the grocery store and pick up the ingredients to whip up your perfect meal. Then, plan the rest of the day around you—think about what makes you feel most loved and relaxed. Maybe it's a visit to the spa, a shopping spree, a cozy movie marathon with your favorite snacks, a walk through a beloved park, or even heading to your favorite bar for a nightcap. Whatever it is, remember: you're your own best company. So, pamper yourself, take care of your needs, and truly savor the time you’ve dedicated to self-love.

2. Share the love within you: Galentine’s dinner & nights with the boys have become a popular trend, and it’s the perfect excuse to gather your girlfriends & bros for a night of laughter and love. Whether you prefer a fun, playful theme or something a little cheesy, set the tone and get creative! Head to your favorite store to pick up everything you need to decorate—think Valentine’s day, sports or music themed streamers, tablecloths, napkins, toothpicks, cups, glasses, candy, and even cookie cutters with fun shapes to shape your snacks. You can also invite everyone to bring a type of drink or food and maybe a small gift to share, adding a personal touch to the evening. Once everyone’s settled in, pick a movie, start a game, open your preferred type of conversation, or just spend the night chatting and enjoying each other's company. Celebrating a special day with friends is a great way to honor the spirit of the season!

3. Have a staycation: a staycation is a great way to just get out of your head for that day and enjoy yourself without having to worry about anything, pick a cute local hotel in your town or a close one and just wander around its amenities, spend a cozy night with yourself at our bar to enjoy our delicious menu at Chez Rosa or try our new snacks, and call it a night! Also, did you know our restaurant was named as silver “Best Place For a First Date”? Something to keep in mind definitely. ;)

Or if you want something more thought-through, think about one of your favorite destinations you’d love to cross out of your travel bucket list and get to work. Get your plane tickets ready, write out an itinerary to do all the stuff you’ve been meaning to on this destination, and just worry about having a trip to remember, after all it will be a special date and definitely one for the books.

Little note for all the lovebirds: can’t wait to have all of you over on Valentine’s weekeend! Thanks so much for reserving your seats chez us and helping us have a sold out Valentine’s Day this year. See you soon!
