[French cuisine brought to Maine ]

Chez Rosa is a proudly independent French bistro, owned and operated by the husband-and-wife team of Chef Kyle Robinson and Yazmin Saraya Jean. Their journey began in Colorado, where they bonded over their shared passion for hospitality, the environment, and the dream of running their own business.

After moving to Maine—a place they’ve always felt drawn to, especially since Kyle is from Kennebunk—they knew they had found the perfect location for their venture. Both Kyle and Yazmin have deep roots in French culinary traditions, having trained under French chefs, and Yazmin’s heritage includes a connection to Barcelonnette, France.

Their trip to Chamonix and Paris in January 2019 was the final spark that inspired them to open their bistro. At Chez Rosa, they serve French comfort food crafted from local, seasonal ingredients sourced from the area's farms, ocean, and pastures.

They are thrilled to be part of the Kennebunkport community and look forward to welcoming you and making you feel at home!
